St. George’s University (SGU), in association with the Ramaiah Group of Institutions, has launched a new international medical pathway that will start in September 2020. The pathway allows high school (10+2) graduates from India to obtain a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in just 5 years, and start their studies at Ramaiah in India in their first year, before moving abroad to complete the 4-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) program with SGU in the UK, Grenada, and the USA.
This exciting new pathway gives students a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with their classmates before moving abroad together as a close-knit group and offers an international degree that is recognized in the US, Canada, UK, and India (MCI). Aspirants will be awarded three prestigious medical qualifications as they progress through the program, including a Bachelor in Medical Sciences with Honors and a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
This information session is designed for medical aspirants in India and their families, and in the webinar, we will present the key strengths of this unique pathway, the information on possible study locations and the academic components of the MD program, qualifications awarded and where they are recognized, fees and scholarships available, and the entry requirements for this pathway.
